Great location. 10 minutes from downtown and surrounded by several nice restaurants, in walkable distance. Home was very clean and cozy with games for the kids and stage and microphones for their impromptu concert. I will use again when I come back.

Great place to stay! Very clean, tons of space, and perfect for a group. The layout made it easy for everyone to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Nashville especially if you have a large group! Everything is just like the photos and it is conveniently located near all the fun! If you are winding down or getting ready to go downtown the game room and rooftop view make for great time while hanging out at the house!

Stayed here for a birthday trip & this townhouse is SO cute, decorated perfectly, in a great location, and priced super well based on how big it is. The amount of bathrooms and beds is perfect for a celebration weekend with friends!!! Definitely recommend!

Great place, great location and host was so helpful and responsive. We stayed in Nashville for a long weekend for birthday celebration. This was perfect spot to walk about and enjoy the Gulch area and to get to and from Broadway. Kirklyn was very helpful with suggestions and needs we had. Highly recommend this home!

The home is very roomy. We felt right at home. The rooftop is amazing and we spent all afternoon up there one day. Plenty of beds for everyone. Quick uber to boardway and the gulch. The town home is clean and has all the amenities you need.

Kirklyn was an excellent host! Condo is beyond spacious with everything you could need from a roof top pool to the pool table while it was raining. Appreciate you letting us stay and will definitely be back!

We loved it. The kids as well as the adults enjoy themselves. We spent some much time together and when we were ready to sleep there was room for everyone no one was crowed. We really needed this. It was my grandkids birthday and seeing the smile on there face all weekend melting my heart. We had three generations in one house. I hope next year it will be available when we have their birthdays.

Kirklyn is an exceptional host. She knows everything about the area and downtown so can give recommendations and whatever you need. Listing was super accurate and we wanted for nothing. Would recommend the place to anyone going to Nashville
